As a Catering Assistant Joanne is responsible for helping to prepare and serve food and beverages for our clients, as well as supporting our hospitality services and providing a friendly, courteous and efficient service. She ensures that our clients have a pleasant experience by providing prompt and attentive service. Joanne also assists the catering team in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

“Previous to this role I worked as a shop assistant at a local bakery. I now work as a Catering Assistant at Rainford Hall to help the chef prepare menus, and to ensure the kitchen and dining halls are well maintained to a high standard.

I chose to work at Rainford Hall as it’s a good location and wanted to work part as a core sector. I’ve enjoyed working at Rainford Hall as it provides me with a good work-life balance, a friendly team of colleagues. A lovely setting where you feel appreciated by both clients and staff members, there are also good working benefits!”

Joanne is an invaluable member of the catering team at Rainford Hall. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of each event. Her attention to detail, creative ideas, and passion for the job make her an asset to the team.
