BEDROOM SUITES
*Rainford Hall boasts many traditional fireplaces, for health & safety reasons, our bedroom fires are unable to be used as working fireplaces. We hope you understand, and we share your disappointment, but guarantee that these features will enable your room of choice to still look as amazing as we intend it to be.
** We aim to reduce our impact on the environment and reduce wastewater and energy, therefore we have chosen to limit the amount of fresh towel & bed linen changes across our range of accommodation as follows:
• Classic Rooms – Towels will be changed every 3 days, and bed linen will be refreshed once a week.
• Country & Heritage Rooms – Towels will be changed every two days, and bed linen will be refreshed twice a week.
• Our Pilkington Suites – Fresh daily towels will be provided, and bed linen will be changed every three days.
We understand that many of our clients are committed to supporting our environmental commitment and may choose to reduce their personal room requirements. Our housekeeping team are committed to ensure your stay is as clean and comfortable as possible, and happy to assist you with less frequent changes, or supply additional linen and towels on request.
*** During your stay at Rainford Hall, we are committed to your personal laundry needs, and to help you, our housekeeping and laundry team have supplied a laundry bin for your clothing. These will be checked daily, and our team will respond to your personal laundry needs and wash, dry, iron and return your personal clothing.
To assist them and reduce our environmental impact, we have set out schedule of laundry per room, which will be made available to you as part of your welcome pack. This will enable you to understand our commitment to your personal laundry needs and enable you to ensure that you place all dirty personal laundry ready for your collection day.
We have arrangements in place for specialist or dry-cleaning requirements. These are chargeable services, and our housekeeping team will be happy to assist with your needs to ensure your favourite items are carefully looked after by one of our trusted partners.
