FREE CLIENT AFTERCARE

Client Aftercare Groups allows the individuals to continue to work on themselves around their addiction and prevents a relapse by providing the right tools and support.

When an individual graduates from Steps Together at Rainford Hall, their true journey to recovery will begin. Leaving residential treatment can be daunting process, which is why Steps Together at Rainford Hall have designed a FREE Client Aftercare Group giving the client full access to a network of support and others in addiction.

Steps Together at Rainford Hall offers a safe space where clients can share their experiences without judgement or fear, with others who have lived similar experiences through addiction. It also gives clients the opportunity to help develop their own network, support those in the community and builds confidence within in the client to help others in experiencing difficulty in addiction.

Attending Client Aftercare Groups on a weekly basis will help the individual stay connected to extra recovery support.

The FREE Client Aftercare Group is operated on a weekly basis via Zoom. Our clients are entitled to use this service for up to 12 months after leaving treatment.
