Patricia – Administration Officer

“ I worked for the department of Work and Pensions for over 40 years, in both administrative and customer service roles. I have also worked on several projects for DWP and have worked in both back of house and front of house positions.

I chose to work for Steps Together as I enjoy meeting new people and wanted a new challenge, having worked in my my previous role for such a long time. When Steps Together opened Rainford Hall, it seemed the right time for join as I wanted to be part of the company right from the beginning.

The staff and clients are so appreciative of anything that is done for them, and I get so much satisfaction from seeing clients sometimes at their very worst when they arrive, to seeing them leave so healthy and happy. I love feeling part of a team, and everyone works together to ensure the client receives the best possible care and support.”

Patricia is an invaluable asset to the team with her dedication to supporting both staff and clients.
