Gill – Catering Assistant

” I’ve worked in numerous bakery positions over the last 30 years in the confectionary departments, doing what I’ve enjoyed the most! Steps Together gave me the opportunity to work as a catering assistant to further my confectionary skills and to also learn new procedures regarding all aspects of the kitchen and dining facilities.

Working at Rainford Hall has not only developed my career but I work with great colleagues, receive full support from the Steps Together team, I have a great work-life balance, and the the surroundings are lovely here. ”
