Meet the Team – Ainsley

An inspiring success story

Hi my name is Ainsley and I’m the Personal Trainer here at Rainford Hall. I am in recovery myself, having started my journey with Steps Together in 2019 when I attended Bank House in Nottinghamshire. Steps Together gave me hope and the necessary tools to start my own recovery journey.

From there on my life has gone from strength to strength, whereas I previously felt hopeless and stuck in a cycle of addiction, I am now free and able to carry the message of recovery to clients and work in a job I am very passionate about.

I am now no longer suffering with my addiction and putting myself and my family through pain, instead I am working a programme and practicing spiritual principles in my day to day life, I’m looking forward to meeting clients and helping them to get in shape and fight their demons.

Together, we do recover.
